1. Warranty Coverage
- Frame: 2 years against defects in material and workmanship.
- Battery: 1 year against manufacturing defects or capacity loss beyond 30%.
- Motor & Electrical Components: 1 year against defects in materials and workmanship.
- Parts & Accessories: 6 months (includes charger, display, brakes, gears, etc.).
2. What’s Included
- Free replacement or repair of defective parts within the warranty period.
- Customer support to help troubleshoot and solve issues quickly.
3. What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (tires, brake pads, chain, etc.).
- Damage from accidents, misuse, water exposure, or unauthorized modifications.
- Improper maintenance or use not in line with the user manual.
4. Warranty Claim Process
- Contact our support team with proof of purchase and photos/videos of the issue.
- Our technicians will diagnose the problem and provide a solution.
- If covered, we’ll repair or send a replacement part at no cost.
5. Transferability
- The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable.
