We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your electric bike, please review our return policy below.

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your electric bike.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The bike must be unused, unridden, and in like-new condition.
  • All original packaging, manuals, accessories, and components must be included.
  • The bike must be securely packed to avoid damage during return shipping.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Damaged items not caused by shipping
  • Custom-built or special-order models
  • Items returned without prior authorization

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at [contact@neopedal.com] with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of the bike (to confirm condition)

Once approved, we will provide return instructions and a shipping address.

4. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • A restocking fee of [5–15]% may apply depending on the condition of the returned item.

5. Refunds

After we receive and inspect the returned bike, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your electric bike arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include clear photos of the damage and the packaging. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or return at no cost to you.
