Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

Freight Delivery Info
Because electric bikes are shipped via freight:
- Curbside delivery is standard (bike will be delivered to your curb or driveway).
- Signature may be required upon delivery.
- Please inspect the package for damage before accepting.
Delays or Delivery Issues
